KL trip
hey guys , how's preparation coming along ? hope it's been so far so good :)
i've got some important opinions that i hope yawl will give me your kind attention and patience as i mention my points out .
about the KL trip , i was apparently given a serious and stern NO from my father when i asked if i could go , even when i said with a tour guide . he's really serious about the dangers in KL . i guess many of you don't experience any danger or have heard stories about it , so you're confident of being safe , but i guess wanna remind yawl that we'd be going to a foreign country (not our lovely singapore) and there are some things that might happen while we're there .
we shouldn't have the mentality of having the same safety that we have in singapore while in KL .
i'm not trying to persuade you all to cancel this whole trip of course , in fact it makes my heart jump when i see gen's notes about it . and i would dieeee to go holidaying with you lovely people , but is there anyway that we can accommodate and compromise abit ? if i'm the only one not allowed to go then i guess you don't have to make changes just for me , but we'll see if other parents disagree with this trip as well , okay ?
erm okay sorry for being kinda wordy but i'm expressing this because i'm concern about our safety. i know that zhi zong and edwin says i should tell my parents that my class have macho guys to take care of us (haha so sweet) , but you do know that it's not going to help a lot , right ? ( i'm not denying that they're macho k ! lol)
firstly , we girls cannot put our trust that the guys will be the ones that's gonna be responsible for anything that untoward happens to us
secondly , if they're responsible for us girls , who's gonna be responsible for them boys ? (they might not be able to take care of themselves even)
thirdly , i'm sure you people will feel much safer to have much older adults to come along , especially adults who can assist us in our activities and planning to KL
i know yawl are looking forward to the KL trip , but please think twice about the cons and its consequences . i want us to return back to singapore with a smile on our face you know :)

if gen or taj or whoever wants to do more research on the accomodation or activites that we can do in KL you can refer here
